Mary Olszewska
Supporting clients to have a positive impact on people and planet
I am a freelance consultant providing evaluation and project management services for the arts, heritage and third sectors, with a focus on supporting projects which aim to provide positive change for people and planet.
With a degree in Heritage Education and Interpretation and an 18 year career in museums, National Parks and the National Trust, I bring a range of insight and experience to support you and your organisations.

My services
I work with clients who celebrate cultural heritage and the natural world – from collections to communities, landscapes to wildlife.
Evaluation
Heritage improves and enriches lives. I can help you measure your impact, providing space for reflection, and create Evaluation Frameworks, Plans and Reports.
Project Management and co-ordination
I can help develop your bids and projects for the National Lottery Heritage Fund & Arts Council, providing expertise in audience development, interpretation, collections care, fundraising, and evaluation. I support clients with internal and external stakeholders.
Environmental responsibility
Accredited as Carbon Literate, and with a passion for environmental sustainability, I can help you identify realistic goals to support your organisation’s climate journey.
“It was such a pleasure to work with Mary on the evaluation of our
project. Mary asked great
questions, brought fantastic insights and deployed various methodologies to
capture the impacts of the project across all of the strands.”
